Shipping & Returns

We want you to have a great experience with our brand so that you always want to come back for more! But if you have problems with our products, these are our solutions:


1. If you do not know what your size is or you have any other questions, please write to us before making your purchase and we will gladly answer all your questions.


2. In case you want to make a return due to an error in the size, you must meet these requirements:

  • The product must not be used
  • No more than 5 business days should pass since you received or purchased the product. 

In addition to the above requirements, the return must be sent in the same condition in which it was received, including packaging. You must take into account that the shipping costs are at your own expense. If these conditions are met, the size or model can be changed, however, these changes are subject to availability. If we no longer have the model you wanted available, we will offer you a credit for the amount of your purchase less shipping costs and bank commissions of 5% that you can use at any time you like.   


3. In the case of a manufacturing or quality defect on behalf of CRUDA, we will offer you a one-year guarantee for purchases outside of Costa Rica and Mexico. 

  • Customers who are located within Costa Rica or Mexico will have an unlimited guarantee as long as the brand maintains operations in these countries. This warranty includes free repairs regardless of the reason for the damage and the time that has elapsed.
  • If your defect is from the factory, you will not be charged shipping costs and in some cases the option of total product change is evaluated.
  • If you are in any other country and you have a bad experience with the quality of your shoes, we will evaluate between you and us which is the best solution for you:
    • Return to be repaired
    • A new product
    • A store credit

In case of factory defects, CRUDA assumes all expenses.
